Smoking Policies

• • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.


• • Evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of the caution fee to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.


• • A penalty of ₦100,000 will be charged for indoor smoking.



Refund Policies

• • No refunds will be issued after payment.


• • Cancellation within 48 hours of booking (and more than 14 days before check-in) is eligible for a full refund minus a 30% cancellation fee.


• • Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund minus a 30% cancellation fee.


• • No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in.


• • Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please confirm in advance.


• • Guests must turn off all appliances (lights, AC, TV, water heater, etc.) when not in use.


• •The booking is for the registered guests only.


• • Maximum of 6 guests agreed upon. No unregistered visitors allowed.


• • Commercial or photo shoots require prior approval.


• • Unauthorized shoots will incur a fine of ₦500,000.


• • Violation will result in forfeiture of the caution fee and additional charges of ₦500,000 for repairs..


• • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss to the property or its contents.


• • Costs exceeding the caution fee must be settled before check-out.


• • No eating on floor rugs to prevent stains.


• • Keep furniture clean to avoid extra cleaning charges.


• • Failure to comply with rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.


• • Caution fee refunds take 12-24 hours after check-out.


• • Canceling immediately after payment will result in a 40% cancellation fee.


• • By making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions.


• • Shoes are not allowed on sofas or chairs.
